Do you ship internationally?
Yes, hooray! We offer worldwide shipping.
How much is shipping to my country?
Our international shipping costs are the same whether you’re in Australia or Singapore and only vary due to the number of items in your order.
How quickly will my order ship out?
The Little Biting Tree is a home-based business. We do our best to find balance as wives, mothers and shop owners. All orders are shipped on Saturday. Orders placed Saturday-Friday will ship on Saturday of the following week.
Are all of your teething necklaces non-toxic?
Yes! Safety is our number one priority. Our all natural teething jewelry is made of 100% raw and untreated wood & seeds and are completely non-toxic. It is BPA, PVC, phthalate, latex, lead, resin, oil, dye and cadmium free.
Do you recommend I wash my jewelry prior to first use?
Yes. Like anything intended for your little one, you should first give it a gentle wash. For cleaning and care instructions click here.
What do I do if my necklace breaks?
Before use please inspect your necklace for any possible damage. If any parts appear to be damaged, do not use and contact us.
Can I return or exchange my jewelry?
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept any returns/exchanges.
How will my teething jewelry be packed for shipping?
Each Little Biting Tree mala will arrive wrapped in a soft muslin draw string pouch to keep it as clean and lint free as possible. Re-use the pouch to store your jewelry when not in use and take on-the-go in your diaper tote.
What is the cord made of?
Our cords are either made of cotton or nylon, depending on necklace style. Both are smooth, strong and very durable- thank goodness because little chompers can be sharp.
Should I hand over my necklace for my baby to play with or wear?
No. Please do NOT give your baby any jewelry while not under direct adult supervision. Our jewelry is only intended to be worn by adults, it is NOT a toy. It should NOT be worn by babies/children.

Do you gift wrap?
We love pretty packaging and are happy to gift wrap your order. Whether it's a gift for yourself (go on, you deserve it!) or a loved one, we first carefully place your necklace into our logo muslin drawstring pouch, wrap it with white tissue paper secured with our logo sticker. You may leave your special gift message in your Order Notes and we'll handwrite it onto a note card.Wanting gift wrapping with a little more pazazz? My baby is no longer teething, can I still wear my necklace?
Yes! Although our necklaces are designed with baby in mind, they are for everyone. They are malas after all and are wonderful for meditation or rocking to your favorite yoga class.
